Obituary of Amy L Crawford

Amy L. Crawford, 56, of Silver Creek, NY passed away Friday morning, February 25, 2022 at her home with her family at her side after a long courageous battle with colon cancer.

Amy was born in Buffalo, NY on December 11,1965, the only child of Raymond and Margaret “Peggy” (Lyall) Jezioro. She married the love of her life Ralph J. Crawford on November 5, 1987 in Cherry Creek, NY. The pride and joy of Amy’s life were her two children, Trishalyn (Charles) Sonnekalb of Forestville, NY, Trevor (Laura) Crawford of Orchard Park, NY and two cherished grandchildren, Eva Ray and Ivy Mae. She was survived by her sisters-in-law Nancy (Tim) Pfeiffer, Francine (Lynn) Emley and soul sister Loretta Trask.

Amy graduated from Lake Shore High School in 1984 and previously worked in the accounting department for Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. in Dunkirk, NY. Her memberships included the Silver Creek Fireman's Club, Samuel Cimino VFW Post 6472 and the American Legion.

Amy was one of a kind - always there for anyone and gave the best advice. She enjoyed socializing with friends and family. She loved music and dancing. Her hobbies included playing games of all types, arts & crafts, playing darts, cards and most of all, she loved going to her camp in Brant! Her favorite day of the week was Tuesday when she could babysit her granddaughter.  She also loved her pets, Gemma and Bootsie. 

Relatives and friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek, NY on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 4-7 PM, where a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 11 AM.
